How listing and visitor data is handled
This page describes the public trades directory. It is not a consumer account product and it does not ask you to register.
Business listings
Profiles may include a name, trade, city or service area, phone number, address or coverage note, website, email, hours and public qualifications. That information is treated as published business data from Companies House, public registers, association directories or manual research.
Calculators
The five tools run in your browser. Measurements and rates you type are not uploaded by the pages themselves.
Analytics
A same-origin tracker records actions such as opening a city or trade. Phone numbers, emails and job descriptions are not sent as event values. No user account identifier is set.
Removal
To ask for a listing to be changed or taken down, write to the operator using the address published in the site footer once it is supplied. Include the business name, the city and trade page, and the profile URL if you have it. A person updates the record and the static pages are built again. There is no self-service form and no review-deletion product.
